Tumas Group is seeking a full-time Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic Accounts Department team. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, the selected candidate will handle a variety of general accounting tasks to support our Accounts Payable section.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, primarily accounts payables, including issuing payments and reconciling creditor accounts.
  • Handle filing, scanning, and internet payments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience with accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach.
  • Tactful, assertive, and persuasive communication style.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with Maltese preferred.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.

Previous experience would be considered an advantage.
