Ta’ Monita Estaes Ltd, is a joint venture between the Tumas Group and the Gasan Group, set up for the sole purpose of redeveloping the Ta’ Monita site in Marsascala. Tumas Group will be handling the marketing of the development.

The company aims to build a development of a high caliber, setting new standards for development in the South of the Island in the same way that Portomaso and Tas-Sellum brought 21st century living standards in their respective areas.

The two companies behind the venture are known leaders in the development field. Portomaso and Tas-Sellum Residence in Mellieha show that the Group has the experience and resources to achieve their aim.

Ta’ Monita covers an area of over 18,000 square meters and its redevelopment shall result in apartments ranging from studio flats to 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. The facilities include a swimming pool, a piazza and underground parking.
