We are seeking an experienced person to assume responsibility for the coordination of all the bars within our hotel. The Dolmen Hotel is a leading 4-star property in St Paul’s Bay having 488 rooms and suites, renowned F&B outlets and leisure facilities. It offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere combined with excellent facilities for both holiday makers and business travellers.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Controlling and maximising food and beverage revenue.
• Managing bar stock and controlling costs.
• Coordinating cashing procedures.
• Rostering staff, leading, supervising, motivating and overseeing staff performance.
• Training of employees ensuring competence in their respective roles, including customer service.
• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Welcoming guests, taking orders, ensuring positive guest experience and handling any issues.

Ideal requirements:

• 3 years’ experience as a leading Bartender within large bar setups.
• People management and organisational skills.
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Related qualifications and specialised courses.
• Fluency in English
