Finance Manager

Full Time Portomaso Business Tower Tumas Group

Tumas Group has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join its Corporate team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Group Finance Director to create finance related reports as requested by management.
  • Build and manage monthly reports for the management team and Board members.
  • Perform general accounting duties.
  • Compile Group consolidated financial reports based on management accounts in liaison with subsidiaries’ finance teams.
  • Analyse financial data and compare to forecasts; explain variances where necessary.
  • Compile and analyse industry KPIs and ratios.
  • Prepare cashflow reports and forecasts.
  • Assist the Group Finance Director in the preparation of the annual financial plan, as well as periodic forecasts, including cashflow forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of information to be included in the year-end financial statements and statutory reporting.
  • Participate in the financial planning of ad-hoc projects.
  • Overlook the Group’s treasury activity.
  • Maintain backup files and ensure that all financial reports are well organized together with the maintenance of relevant accounting records.


  • In possession of or at an advanced stage of obtaining a relevant qualification in Finance, Banking or Accountancy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Conversant with Shireburn SFM accounting package.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the role and can work both independently as well as part of the team.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role and/or exposure to consolidation accounting will be considered an advantage.
