You will be responsible for Managing the accounting operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial information. You will also be responsible to develop and maintain adequate internal controls to safeguard the Group’s assets and to ensure the internal and external financial reporting is prepared timely and is true and fair to support our business.

Honesty and integrity play a vital role in finance.  The finance team is a first line of defence in making sure that the Tumas Gaming Group presents a true and fair picture of its operational results and financial position.

Role and Responsibilities

Accounting team: Heading the Group’s Accounting team within the Finance department leading and coaching the team during the monthly and yearly closing processes including keeping deadlines in accordance with the group financial plan.

Safeguarding assets: Develop and maintain adequate internal controls to safeguard the Group’s assets and to ensure the internal and external financial reporting is true and fair (in dialogue with CFO).

 Cash Flow management: Handling treasury and cash management, including monitor cash and bank balances held at the different financial institutions, net working capital management, payment processing (authorities) and observing any FX or other exposures.

 Cost efficiency: Work closely with Business controller, CFO and COO in evaluating cost efficiency.

 Owning the Group’s statutory finance-related obligations, including the filing of VAT returns, payroll handling, NSO surveys, MGA reporting, income tax returns and the external audit process.

 Statutory Accounts: responsible for coordinating the work with preparing the statutory accounts for all the subsidiaries

 Annual Report: Responsible for coordinating the preparation of the Group companies’ financial statements including the notes.
