Tumas Group is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join its team. This role focuses on due diligence, compliance and risk assessments, internal controls, and corporate governance across the gaming, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the selected candidate will:

• Oversee day-to-day compliance operations, including company vetting and customer due diligence.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing the compliance programme.
• Draft and update group policies and procedures as directed by the Head of Compliance.
• Conduct fieldwork to assess compliance within selected group companies.
• Review, inspect, and assess compliance measures, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
• Maintain compliance-related records across the Group.
• Support employee training and awareness initiatives.
• Assist in compliance reporting, including examinations, risk assessments, and audits.
• Evaluate reports from Tumas Group companies (e.g., questionnaires, statistics, progress reports) and identify compliance gaps.
• Administer and monitor group-wide compliance policies and procedures.
• Liaise with employees across the Group to ensure compliance adherence.
• Attend training sessions, seminars, and regulatory meetings as required.
• Work independently while achieving set compliance objectives.

Requirements

• An MQF Level 6 or higher qualification in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or an equivalent certification (e.g., ICA, CSCP).
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, company law, GDPR, AML, counter-terrorism financing, and corporate governance principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior work experience is not required, but relevant experience will be considered an asset.
