Assistant F&B Manager

We are looking for a professional and creative Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team to assume responsibility for managing F&B operations with a specific focus on the bars. Dolmen Hotel is the leading 4-star property in St Paul’s Bay having 488 rooms and suites, renowned F&B outlets and leisure facilities.
- Planning and managing operations within F&B.
- Leading the F&B team including recruitment, training and motivation.
- Managing and directing functions.
- Ensuring all activities and operations are top notch and in line with standards and customer expectations.
- Assisting in the design of menus, purchasing of goods and improvements.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships and responding to customer needs.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Organisational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Mastery in multitasking.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
